The Johannesburg Property Owners and Managers Association (JPOMA) represents most property investors and managing agents dedicated to the rejuvenation and effective management of Johannesburg’s inner city. Founded in 2003, JPOMA plays a pivotal role in advocating for credible landlords and property owners, actively engaging in community development initiatives, and fostering collaboration with municipal authorities. Beyond property management, JPOMA members are actively involved in community development, supporting the establishment of schools, childcare facilities, and cultural institutions within the inner city.
