Structure:
• Plumbing
• Roof maintenance: Address leakages.
• Sick room: Upgrade to standard.
• Solar energy and lighting
• Water-saving bathrooms/showers
• CCTV surveillance
• Flooring and walls: Maintenance and upgrades.

Resources:
• Furniture: Beds, couches, dining tables, chairs (100), and storage cubicles.
• Household Items: Single or ¾ bed duvet sets, blankets, and toiletry/hygiene packs.
• Recreational Items: Pool table, board games, and Open View TV connection.
• Others: Clothing bank and three digital cameras.
