  • Roof maintenance: address leaks
  • Sick room: upgrades
  • Solar energy and lighting
  • Water-saving bathrooms/showers
  • CCTV surveillance
  • Flooring and walls: maintenance and upgrades

Resources:

  • Furniture: beds, couches, dining tables, chairs (100) and storage cubicles
  • Household items: single or ¾ bed duvet sets, blankets and toiletry/hygiene packs
  • Recreational items: pool table, board games, and Openview TV connection
  • Others: clothing bank and three digital cameras
