- Sick room: upgrades
- Solar energy and lighting
- Water-saving bathrooms/showers
- CCTV surveillance
- Flooring and walls: maintenance and upgrades
Resources:
- Furniture: beds, couches, dining tables, chairs (100) and storage cubicles
- Household items: single or ¾ bed duvet sets, blankets and toiletry/hygiene packs
- Recreational items: pool table, board games, and Openview TV connection
- Others: clothing bank and three digital cameras
